Ordering from MILLHIGH: delivery, timing and returns
Every MILLHIGH order is sent directly to you by tracked courier. We email a tracking link when it is dispatched.
What that means for timing
Estimated UK delivery is 2–4 weeks from your order. At the latest, we will deliver within 30 days of the day you place it, unless we agree a different date with you in writing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can come from the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. Full wording is on our Shipping policy.
UK delivery and import charges
UK delivery is £5.99 on orders under £100 and free on orders of £100 or more (based on your order subtotal after any discounts).
No import charges on delivery. Our prices include UK VAT. You won't pay any import duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees on delivery: any duties on your order are handled by MILLHIGH.
If you change your mind
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the order. Email contact@millhigh.co.uk with your order number (or any other clear statement). We confirm the return and send the return address and instructions. Do not send items back before we confirm, and do not send them to the address on the parcel: our production partner cannot accept returns. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. For change-of-mind returns you pay return postage. Full detail is on our Refund policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order if you need a different size or style.
