Delivery and cancellation

How ordering, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns work for MILLHIGH British tailoring, merino-blend knitwear, and heavyweight everyday essentials.

1. You place your order

Select your colourway and UK size and check out securely. All prices on millhigh.co.uk include 20% UK VAT (VAT Registration No. GB 531 0558 21) with zero additional import duties or doorstep charges.

2. Your piece is prepared

Your garment is finished and quality-inspected before it is dispatched.

3. Tracked UK delivery (2–4 weeks)

Estimated UK delivery 2–4 weeks via Royal Mail / courier tracked service. You will receive a live tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

UK Tracked Delivery is complimentary on orders of £100 or more (£5.99 on orders under £100), with no extra customs or carrier fees on delivery. See our Delivery & Returns FAQ.

Cancellation and 14-Day UK Returns

You can cancel at any time before delivery or within 14 days of receiving your order, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. We don't offer direct exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need. Email contact@millhigh.co.uk with your order number and we will issue return instructions promptly.
